In recognition of their collaborative work, Art Bridgman and Myrna Packer have been awarded a 2008 Guggenheim Fellowship in Choreography.

Bridgman/Packer Dance has been awarded a 2008 National Endowment for the Arts Grant.

Bridgman/Packer Dance was awarded a 2007 New England Foundation for the Arts Expeditions Touring Grant, which supports the presentation of cross-disciplinary touring projects for New England communities.

Bridgman/Packer Dance received a 2007 National Endowment for the Arts Grant for the creation of Memory Bank.

Under the Skin received commissioning funds from The 92nd Street Y New Works in Dance Fund.

The premier performances of Under the Skin were also funded in part by a Creative Connections grant from Meet the Composer with support of ASCAP Foundation, Copland Fund, Ford Foundation, Jerome Foundation, New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, New York State Council on the Arts, Virgil Thomson Foundation, and the National Endowment for the Arts.

Bridgman and Packer were awarded a 2005-06 Dance Theater Workshop Digital Fellowship. This program includes a peer group of artists, researchers and technologists whose work and process explores the hybrid spaces between the performing arts and technology. DTW Digital Fellows are selected by a panel and awarded a one-year fellowship that includes a monetary stipend, open access to the ARM Lab and a presentation of their work in DTW's state-of-the-art Doris Duke Performance Center.

Bridgman/Packer Dance is a 2005 recipient of Building Up Infrastructure Levels for Dance (BUILD), a program of New York Foundation for the Arts. BUILD is funded by The J.P. Morgan Chase Foundation with additional support from The Starry Night Fund of the Tides Foundation.

Bridgman/Packer's 2005 fall tour to the Dublin Fringe Festival, Ireland's premier festival for new and innovative dance and theater, was funded in part by a grant from USArtists International, a program of The National Endowment for the Arts with support from JPMorgan Chase and managed by Mid-Atlantic Arts Foundation.

Bridgman/Packer's tour to Central America in the summer of 2004 was funded by Arts International with support from the Doris Duke Charitable Fund, The National Performance Network, and La Red de Promotores Culturales de Latinamerica y el Caribe.

Other recent performances of Bridgman/Packer Dance have been funded, in part, by The National Endowment for the Arts, The Pew Charitable Trust, The New York Dance Force, Citigroup, and The New York State Council on the Arts. Bridgman/Packer are past recipients of six National Endowment for Arts Choreography Fellowships and two NEA Dance Company Grants. They have received two New York Foundation for the Arts Choreography Fellowships, five "First Light" Commissions from Dance Theater Workshop with funding from the Jerome Foundation, and a Danspace Project's Commissioning Initiative with support from the Joyce Mertz-Gilmore Foundation.
